Dwarf Juniper (Juniperus procumbens) Bonsai Tree | Broom | In 15cm Pot
Representative image: You will receive a similar tree. Each bonsai is unique.
Introduction
Juniper offers textured evergreen foliage and branching that can be developed gradually into an expressive bonsai. The broom-style canopy creates a balanced miniature-tree silhouette. It is supplied in an approximately 15cm pot.
About this bonsai
Its foliage and natural growth habit provide interest throughout the year. Junipers need outdoor conditions and seasonal changes, even when sold in a small decorative pot.

Position & light
Keep outdoors with ample sun and airflow. Acclimatise a newly received tree gradually to strong sun and shelter its small pot from extremes of wind or heat.
Watering
Water thoroughly when the upper soil layer starts to dry, then allow free drainage. Avoid constant saturation, but never allow the entire root ball to dry out.
Feeding & pruning
Feed during active growth using appropriate bonsai fertiliser. Prune selectively, retaining healthy green growth on branches you wish to keep. Avoid cutting back to bare wood or removing too much foliage at once.
Winter care
Leave outdoors with protection for the container during prolonged hard freezes. A warm indoor room is unsuitable for winter care. Check moisture during dry spells.
What you'll receive
One Juniper bonsai in the pot described above. A drip tray is not included unless specifically included in a purchased option. Photographs are representative; trunks, branches, foliage and overall shape vary naturally between trees.

Please note:
Trees
- Image shown is of the actual tree you will receive unless stated otherwise in the actual product's description
- The height given is from the base of the pot to the top of the tree.
- The tree received may be slightly different from the picture. Whilst we try to keep the photos of our trees as up to date as possible, these are live plants and, as such, will continue to grow and change slightly in between the times we take the photos.
Pots
- Some of our Bonsai pots are bought in bulk and unfortunately it's impossible to photograph each single item so the photograph used is taken from one random item of each collection we sell. In 99% of cases this means that any differences won't even be noticeable, however, if you have seen a particular image of a pot that has a certain streak of paint in a certain place, bear in mind that the pot you receive may not be 100% identical to this.
