📦 Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery – £4.95

· Dispatch typically within 2–3 working days

· Tracked 48 Hour Delivery Service

· Free on orders over £40

2. Next Working Day Delivery – £7.45

· Available for orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri)

· Dispatch- same day - Tracked 24hr delivery

· Ideal for urgent or time-sensitive orders

3. Express Shipping- £5.95

· Dispatch within 1-2 working days

· Tracked 24/48 Hour Delivery Service

4. Tuesday Delivery - £5.95

· Orders dispatched on a Monday via 24hr Tracked Delivery Service

📅 Preferred Delivery Dates

If you have a special date in mind, you can select a preferred delivery date using the calendar on the Cart Page. We’ll always do our best to honour this.

We recommend selecting a date 1–2 days before an important occasion to avoid any delays.

🛠️ Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is marked as Pre-Order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page. This date will supersede any preferred delivery - Your order will be sent as soon as stock arrives, and we’ll keep you informed throughout.

📤 Dispatch vs. Delivery – What’s the Difference?

Delivery time is counted from the point of dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 working days. If you’ve selected a faster delivery option, this will take effect once your parcel has left us.

You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your item has been dispatched.

🪴 Bonsai Tree Shipping

– Trees are shipped via 24/48-hour tracked services (usually Royal Mail or Parcelforce) wherever possible
– Packaged with care using breathable wraps and protective boxes
– Includes printed care instructions with every tree
– Fully trackable with delivery notifications

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship Live products (Trees) within the UK due to plant movement restrictions. We're reviewing this for the future.
