An impressive Japanese Larch with a substantial trunk and a pronounced leaning movement that gives the composition energy and a strong sense of age.
The mature bark, established branch structure and numerous small cones add considerable character. Its large unglazed rectangular pot provides an appropriately quiet setting for the dramatic form and allows the tree's seasonal display to take centre stage.
This is an outdoor bonsai and should remain outside throughout the year. Protect the pot and root system during prolonged or particularly severe frost.
