Ficus Microcarpa (Banyan Fig) Indoor Bonsai Tree | Shaped Style | 40-50cm High | In 25cm Pot | YB2001
The Ficus Microcarpa (also known as Chinese Fig or Banyan Fig) is a tropical species of tree that is ever popular in the Bonsai world. A very robust and relatively easy to care for tree, it is grown by Bonsai enthusiasts of all levels, from beginner to expert.
This magnificent looking tree will really provide the Wow factor to your guests and visitors. It's thick, shaped trunk is unmissable and the dangling root system looks absolutely spectacular whilst the dense foliage on the branches and canopy really show off the quality and health of the tree.
The tree should ideally be kept indoors (although it will survive outdoors as long as temperatures don't drop too low) in a location that gets at least a small amount of sunlight a day.
Height: Approximately 50cm including pot
- Relatively easy to care for
- Great aesthetics and vivid green leaves
- In 25cm pot with drainage hole
- Excellent shape and striking dangling roots
- Large (approx 40-50cm tall including pot)
- Image shown is of the actual tree you will receive unless stated otherwise in the actual product's description
- The height given is from the base of the pot to the top of the tree.
- The tree received may be slightly different from the picture. Whilst we try to keep the photos of our trees as up to date as possible, these are live plants and, as such, will continue to grow and change slightly in between the times we take the photos.
- Some of our Bonsai pots are bought in bulk and unfortunately it's impossible to photograph each single item so the photograph used is taken from one random item of each collection we sell. In 99% of cases this means that any differences won't even be noticeable, however, if you have seen a particular image of a pot that has a certain streak of paint in a certain place, bear in mind that the pot you receive may not be 100% identical to this.
